Thanks for shopping at Dream 3D, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return An Item
If you change your mind and want to return your order, you can do so by notifying us within 14 days of receiving it, you then have an additional 14 days to return it to us.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred. Before returning an item please let us know by emailing info@dream3d.co.uk. We will let you know the address to return the item to (this may be different than our main address). You will be responsible for paying the delivery costs for returning your item.
Once we receive your item, as long as all the conditions above are met we will initiate a full refund immediately to your original payment method, the refund will include the standard delivery price but not any extra paid for special delivery. Please bear with us as we will need to check the returned items upon their arrival. This will take longer for 3D printers than it will for filaments and spare pieces due to the complexity of the machines.
The time it takes for you to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer or bank’s policies.
